This place suits me perfectly, providing great wi-fi, a bar/lounge area, and friendly staff, who once helped me print tickets during my first stay. I recommend trying the breakfast! I'm definitely coming back for Easter.

great location but limited amenities

The hotel is located in a great area, making it easy to explore nearby attractions. The triple room layout was functional and comfortable, catering well to our family's needs.

The room size felt cramped, which can be tricky, especially if you're traveling with multiple people. I encountered a drainage issue with the shower stall, and there was leftover hair from the previous guests, which raised concerns about proper cleaning. Breakfast options didn't meet expectations. a greater variety of hot items would have been preferred. To add to the frustration, inconsistent service at the front desk made communication a bit of a hassle during check-in.

Had a great trip with friends! Loved the easy access to the main train station and took time to visit the Taunus Therme and Golf Club Hanau-Wilhelmsbad. The staff were super helpful, and the room was nice and clean. Just keep in mind that the rooms are on the smaller side, but it didn't take away from our fun!

air conditioning didn’t work well

Location near the river is excellent for walks and close to the main train station. Rooms are quite small, making it hard to move around with luggage. Ideal for attending live sports events, but the air conditioning didn't work effectively.

Diving into the local food scene was a blast! I hit up Baseler Eck for some killer frankfurters and strolled over to Hani Restaurant for authentic Middle Eastern flavors. Plus, the location was super central, making it easy to explore nearby gems! So practical 😋.

However, the air con was a no-show and the street noise was a buzzkill. I had to sink my frustrations about losing my chilled snacks in their freezer to a rude staffer—thankfully, a lovely lady came to the rescue and found my stuff.

Perfect location for a quick stay

We spent a night and loved how close it was to the train station, like just 7 mins on foot. The room was a bit small, though. The breakfast was solid—great to start the day! The check-in took forever with only 3 receptionists, which was a downer.
